(a) Unenhanced CT shows a m lesion of the midprotion of the right kidney with homogenous isodense attenuation as compared to the normal renal parenchyma. A second lesion (arrows) measuring cm is located peripherally and demonstrates typical attenuation values of an angiomyolipoma with fat equivalents, (b) following i.v. contrast inhomogenous hyperattenuation of the lesion becomes visible, in addition the lesion demonstrates central hemorrhage and fatty zones (arrows).
