I agree with Prof.Dr.Mohamed Wishahi about the treatment of high risk superficial bladder tumor of T1 G2-G3.

High risk superficial bladder tumor of T1 G2-3 are non responders to intravesical chemo or immunotherapy after complete and re-TURB. They recur either of the same TG or muscle invasive. The protocol we are adopting is TURB and follow up. At first recurrence we proceed for cystectomy and orthotopic bladder substitution. This is our experience in the last 25 years in 750 cases.
